Tangerine Ricotta cheesecake with Blackberry and tangerine syrup and Zinfindel cream


How do you feel about tangerines? What about tangerines from your parents tree that burst with tart and sugary goodnes. What about ricotta? What about a delicious homemade ricotta folded in with some deliciously orange yolked pasture rasied eggs dancing around with some said tangerine zest? How about a delicious blackberry drizzle to meet pillowy creamy indulgence. What about cream - how about a delicious deep zinfindel berry cream to finish you off? Does this work? I think it does.
